Elegian Oy prepares the accounts, the tax return and the audit file, and acts as your liaison with the auditor and the authorities. The statutory audit itself is performed by an independent authorised auditor (HT/KHT) — under the Auditing Act the same firm cannot both keep the books and issue the audit opinion.
Bookkeeping is governed by the Accounting Act. We are not an audit firm and we do not issue audit opinions. The three commitments beside this describe the limits we work inside.
