Nothing optional loads before you choose
When you first arrive, only strictly necessary cookies are set. The Microsoft Advertising tag is not present in the page at all until you consent to advertising cookies — it is injected afterwards, not merely blocked. If you reject, it is never loaded.
We implement Microsoft Consent Mode v2. Before any choice is made, both ad_storage and analytics_storage are set to denied. Your choice updates that signal immediately.
